Thriving Neighbor’s collaborative of service providers, educators, clergy, community developers, and other relevant stakeholders in the Carver Cluster and surrounding communities. The purpose of this gathering is to facilitate information sharing about upcoming events and to strategize on key issues affecting the Carver Cluster and its neighboring areas.
